Greg Wenz

March 24, 1982-March 24, 2020

Greg grew up in Ohio, and received his MFA from the Theatre School at DePaul University. He worked in the Chicago theatre scene for over 13 years. Theatre credits include Future Echoes at WildClaw, Incident on Run #1217 at Factory, The Mystery of the Pirate Ghost and The Woman in White at Lifeline, and Plainsong at Signal Ensemble Theatre. He also appeared in productions at Sideway, Chicago Fusion Theatre and Beacon Street Theatre, among others. He appeared in several films, including The Cutback, Relative Obscurity, and Him&Her&Him. 

Greg was an ardent sports fan, and he was an even bigger theatre fan. He was known for his incredible work ethic, his kindness and enormous generosity of spirit. ​
