artists helping artists. one ride at a time.Thank you to all the riders, sponsors, volunteers and donors who joined us to make the 9th Annual Chicago Theater Bike Ride a success. Together, we raised crucial funds to help members of the Chicago arts community who are facing financial crisis caused by emergency circumstances.
The Ride is 100% volunteer run and way too small for any government funding, but each year, thanks to community and sponsor support, we are able to provide emergency relief to those in need. During the pandemic, the Ride was able to give over $35,000 to members of our community to assist with basic needs, and over the years, we have helped others struggling after the death of a loved one, health crisis, or catastrophic loss that has impacted them financially. On behalf of all your colleagues, THANK YOU! We hope you'll ride with this coming September. Details and dates of the Ride will be made public in the spring of 2023. If you'd like to make a donation before then, feel free to share whatever you can. |
